Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and refine internal and external communications to ensure clarity and consistency
Write clear, compelling content across multiple platforms and channels
Assist in organising internal campaigns and coordinating key messaging
Work with leadership to maintain consistent communication styles across the organisation
Contribute to crafting impactful brand and corporate narratives
Handle newsletters, emailers, and announcement write-ups with accuracy and tone
Monitor communication trends and gather feedback to continuously improve messaging
Collaborate with creative teams to align tone, messaging, and visual direction
Serve as a voice of clarity and cohesion across all levels of the company
Learn and apply strategic communication techniques for broad and diverse audiences
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma and above
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
