Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, SOC, or related security roles.
• Strong understanding of network security, endpoint security, application security, and information security principles.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and vulnerability management tools.
• Experience in security incident investigation, threat detection, and incident response.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, firewalls, routing, and network security concepts.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and remediation processes.
• Knowledge of IAM, MFA, privileged access management, and access-control principles.
• Understanding of common cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and security frameworks.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, GIAC, or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud security across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or other security/compliance standards.
• Experience with threat intelligence and security automation.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, application security, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
• Experience with scripting/automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
