Job Description:
Prepare and set up teaching materials, equipment and experiment kits; assist teachers during practical lessons and Science programmes.
Maintain Science resource and storage areas, monitor inventory and stock levels, and ensure equipment is clean, safe and ready for use.
Assist teachers with lesson resources, student records, resource loans/returns, document preparation, filing and general administrative tasks.
Provide logistical support for Science activities and school events, and assist the General Office with counter and sick bay duties when required.
Perform other duties as assigned by the HOD Science, School Leaders or authorised personnel.
Requirements:
3 or more GCE ‘O’ level passes including English
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Preferably with 1 year of work experience in school general administration;
Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Office
