Parrot Ledger Hiring! Full Time SAP Technical Consultant in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

This is a HYBRID position.

We are seeking experienced, bilingual SAP Consultants to design, implement, and support core SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in their primary SAP module(s), strong cross-module integration capabilities, and a proven track record of managing full-lifecycle SAP implementations in both ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Implementation: Drive all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, detailed conceptual design, configuration/development, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Perform system configuration or technical development aligned with best practices for your primary SAP module(s).
• Technical & Functional Specifications: Write comprehensive Functional/Technical Specifications for custom programs, enhancements, user exits, interfaces, and reports.
• System Integration & Interfacing: Manage touchpoints between core modules (e.g., SD/MM, SM/FICO, MM/WM) and support interface setups including EDI/iDoc, BTP services, and external integrations.
• Testing & Deployment: Lead unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); coordinate transport management to production.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with business stakeholders, end-users, and mixed onsite/offshore implementation teams.
• Support & Knowledge Transfer: Deliver formal knowledge transfer to Tier-1/Tier-2 Production Support teams and provide escalated Tier-3 assistance for critical production issues.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years of SAP implementation and support experience; minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on S/4HANA experience is required.
• Track Record: Participation in at least 3 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Language Proficiency: Fully bilingual with fluent reading, writing, and speaking skills in English and the local business language.
• Technical & Troubleshooting Skills: Proven ability to perform ABAP debugging, trace system behavior, and analyze root causes for complex process issues.
• Module Expertise (One or more of the following):
• SD / SM: Order-to-Cash (OTC), SAP Pricing, Revenue Account Determination, Service Management, Output Determination.
• MM / WM: Inventory Management, Procure-to-Pay (PTP), Warehouse Management processes, Logistics Execution.
• FICO: Financial Accounting, Controlling, General Ledger, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Integration with SD/SM/MM.
• ABAP / BTP: Custom development (RICEFW), User Exits/BAdIs, CDS Views, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) integrations, and extensions.
