Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships and communication with AWS, GCP, Cloudflare, AI providers, and other technology vendors
Request vendor quotations, compare different pricing options, and calculate costs for different cloud and technology service configurations
Work with Sales and Engineering teams to develop suitable cloud service packages based on customer requirements
Negotiate pricing, discounts, credits, payment terms, commitments, and other commercial conditions with technology vendors
Follow up on quotations, provisioning, contracts, technical requirements, billing issues, and other partner-related matters
Coordinate between external vendors and internal Sales, Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure requirements are clearly communicated and properly executed
Research and compare alternative cloud, network, cybersecurity, and AI technology providers to identify suitable options for the company
Maintain good working relationships with key technology partners and follow up on service issues, commercial matters, and ongoing cooperation
Coordinate and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, working closely with Sales, customers, vendors, and internal engineering teams
Support customer account management, including onboarding, order follow-up, service implementation, issue coordination, and renewal follow-up
