Responsibilities:

• Expediting all documents direct/indirect related to outgoing deliveries Delivery orders(DO), Performa Invoice, Packing List, Marking and etc. for outgoing shipments. Sub-Service (SS), Declaration from projects and direct & indirect related request.
• Co-ordinating with secondary services, suppliers’ / freight forwarder/transporters and internal customers on transportation & shipment schedule and deliveries to ensure timely logistic arrangement and smooth shipment transactions.
• Coordinate and interact within the Project Engineers for incoming, outgoing and related matters.
• Ensure Import & export documentations are prepared correctly for customs formalities.
• Co-ordinating with warehouse personnel on goods packing, crating, storage space, stuffing & unstuffing & delivery arrangements.
• Co-ordinating with Finance and Procurement department relating to payment and GST matters.
• Assist in promoting periodic cost review and reduction program with relevant parties.   
• Compile weekly and monthly reports for submission.
• Arranging goods collection & transferal between regional offices.
• Coordinate and interact within the Project Engineers for incoming, outgoing and related matters.
• Duty assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ level.
• Computer Proficiency in MS Office.
• Min. of 1 year working experience.
• Able to handle General Administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and hands-on, positive work attitude.
