• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service standards.
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and managing manpower according to operational requirements.
• Conduct staff briefings and provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall restaurant presentation.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales performance and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Assist in managing stock, inventory, food wastage, and operating costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling, payment procedures, and daily sales closing.
• Ensure all employees comply with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager in conducting staff performance evaluations.
• Support the implementation of company promotions and marketing activities.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important issues to the Restaurant Manager.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management, Business Management, or related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the F&B or restaurant industry.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or senior restaurant position is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, hygiene, and Halal standards.
• Able to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Responsible, proactive, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possess own transportation is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
