What You'll Do

• Lead the full spectrum of accounting functions across the Group — full set of accounts, reporting, reconciliations, and daily transactions
• Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Monitor cash flow and banking facilities to keep operations financially healthy
• Finalize yearly accounts for audit and tax submission
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, bankers, and government authorities
• Provide financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic insights to management
• Strengthen internal controls and financial governance across subsidiaries
• Lead, coach, and grow a capable Accounts & Finance team
• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS, ISO 9001, and statutory requirements

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent); MIA registered
• Minimum 7–15 years' experience managing full sets of accounts, ideally in logistics/shipping (final title/seniority based on experience level)
• Experience handling group-level/consolidated accounts an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• High integrity, strategic mindset, and resilience under pressure
