Account Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Account Officer to support the accounting and administrative functions of our Farm & Feedmills operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for petty cash management, accounting documentation, Feedmills reporting and monthly financial support.

Key Responsibilities

• Record petty cash transactions and prepare Payment Vouchers (PV).
• Verify, scan and maintain accounting supporting documents.
• Coordinate quotations, invoices and Statements of Account (SOA).
• Assist in monthly account closing activities.
• Monitor raw material stock records and delivery documentation.
• Prepare Feedmills Daily Production Reports.
• Prepare Feed Delivery Orders and maintain delivery records.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
