• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates fortechnical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each technical position.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to job offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process and strategy.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
