HR Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment processes, from posting job ads to screening candidates.
• Support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Learn the ropes of HR operations, including payroll, onboarding, and training.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required by the human resources department.

Marketing / Digital Marketing Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all social media campaigns, social media platforms, enquiries, digital marketing activities, KOLs, events and etc.
• Creative campaign to boost branding and promotion efficiency.
• Initiate well-optimized online advertisements on social platforms to elevate company and brand visibility such as Meta ads, Tiktok ads, Google ads, SEO & SEM.
• Write and edit social media copy and creative assets for ads.
• Analyze market trends and competitor actions to pinpoint potential areas for growth.
• Any other Ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements:

• For HR : Final year of Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma/ Professional Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent students.
• For Marketing : Final year of Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Media Studies, or related fields
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, follow-up with sense of urgency and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Internship

Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Internship allowance: RM500.00 per month (Diploma students), RM800.00 (Degree students)

Work Location: Focus Point Head Office, Jalan PJU 1/37, Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
