Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Consultant with strong expertise in GEP SMART – S2P, Demand and Supply Management to join our consulting team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical leadership, customer-facing and implementation experience, with the ability to lead technical teams and support enterprise-level GEP SMART solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware and iPaaS tools.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and business workflows to improve efficiency.
• Lead and support unit testing, integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-implementation.
• Monitor system performance and user adoption.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support and coordinate with product vendors for issue resolution.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to implementation teams.
• Work directly with customers and stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve technical challenges.
• Support solution implementation and ensure successful project delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to solution design and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Mentor and support team members to ensure quality technical delivery.

Key Requirements

• 10–18 years of relevant IT / consulting experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with GEP SMART – S2P, Demand and Supply Management.
• Proven team leadership experience in technical consulting or implementation environments.
• Strong customer-facing and client-interfacing experience.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or iPaaS tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good understanding of testing and post-implementation support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work directly with customers.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing and dynamic environment.
• Previous experience leading implementation teams is highly desirable.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree / BE or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in GEP SMART, S2P, Demand and Supply Management or enterprise consulting.
