About the role

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of manufacturing operations, ensuring that quality, delivery, cost, and safety targets are consistently achieved. The role integrates shop-floor leadership, production supervision, manufacturing engineering support, and technical and maintenance coordination, while operating in accordance with the SynerLean manufacturing policy principles.

Key responsibilities

• Execute production plans in line with build schedules and customer delivery requirements

• Ensure quality and volume targets are achieved

• Monitor output, scrap, rework, downtime, and first-time-through performance

• Coordinate production activities with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Technical Support

• Ensure compliance with work instructions, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, company procedures, and SynerLean policy principles

• Lead, supervise, and develop operators and production leaders

• Support manufacturing engineering activities including process improvement and new product introduction

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to maximize equipment uptime

• Ensure high standards of safety, housekeeping, and environmental compliance

• Stop production when quality, safety, or environmental risks are identified

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years' experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing

• Experience in production supervision, manufacturing operations, or technical support roles
