Quanterm Logistics Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive - Export - Import in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Service both existing and new customers by attending to their requests and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Follow up and manage day-to-day shipment.

Coordinate and liaise with overseas agents for smooth shipment handling.

Follow up with vendors to ensure timely receipt and processing of invoices.

Handle inquiries from agents and provide quotations for door delivery shipments (DDU/DDP/DAP) for Import & Export.

Assist with operational tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Track job progress and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely job completion, including daily and monthly reporting.

Maintain an organized documentation and filing system for all transactions and communications.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in Customer Service or Administration related to logistics industry.

2 to 3 years’ working experience in logistics is preferred and considered an advantage.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Good command in English (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international customers, suppliers, and agents.

Capable of overseeing related tasks such as documentation, logistics coordination, and collaboration with other department.
