Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse electricity, water and other utility consumption at the facility.
• Prepare regular energy and utility consumption reports.
• Track energy performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor building M&E systems, particularly HVAC and other major energy-consuming equipment.
• Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend practical measures to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify abnormal energy consumption or equipment performance.
• Maintain energy-related records, data and documentation.
• Coordinate with the Facilities, Engineering and Maintenance teams on energy improvement initiatives.
• Assist in monitoring and achieving site energy efficiency targets.
• Support energy audits, reporting and compliance requirements when required.

Requirements:

• Degree in Energy Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in energy management, facilities management, building operations or M&E is an advantage.
• Good understanding of building M&E systems, particularly HVAC and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of energy management principles and energy efficiency practices.
• Ability to analyse utility consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis/reporting tools.
• Familiarity with BMS, energy monitoring systems and smart metering is an advantage.
