Responsibilities :

• Identify potential land or property opportunities.
• Collect land or property information (location, size, floor plan, zoning category, tenure, selling price or joint venture (JV) terms and conditions, surrounding market value, etc.) and update in mapping tools.
• Documentation preparation for Site Visit. (review all relevant information and requested materials such as titles, land search, floor plan, survey plans, and approval plans (if provided by the seller))
• Assist in conducting market study and analysis.
• Perform further detailed analysis after the site visit, including reviewing elevation/level data for evaluation (if required)
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/ Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
• Candidate with relevant working experience will have an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Mapping tools will be given higher priority.
• Good research, analytical, and communication skills will be more advantage.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Interaction with Mandarin-Speaking Clients)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
