PENTAX Medical Hiring! Full Time Country Manager in - Ricebowl

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to drive the business growth in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei. Reporting to the Commercial Leader for SEA/HK/TW, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and operations management. This role requires strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute plans to achieve business objectives.

Your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Responsible for achieving assigned Sales Revenue Target and growing the PENTAX Medical Market Share;
• Take lead of local marketing promotional activities in close collaboration with local distributors;
• Provide regular updated product training to distributor(s) and customers to ensure relevancy;
• Key Accounts Management Ownership;
• Work with the Commercial Leader to regulate distributors’ performance
• Develop and engage more KOLs for PENTAX Medical in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei and maintain strong KOL network locally
• Provide Updated Market and Competitors intelligence to stay ahead of Market;
• Work closely with APAC Regulatory team (RA) to ensure the smooth registration of PENTAX Medical products in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei;
• Work closely with APAC Marketing team for their Marketing strategy’s and regulating Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei distributors when needed;
• Keep sales funnel updated via SFDC on regular basis and timely reporting;
• Ensure clear and safe Pentax demo management in Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei together with distributors and APAC Operation team;
• Ensure Account Receivables are received on time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, Medical Science, or a related field; MBA would be a plus.
• Preferably at least 10 years of experience working in a medical device company.
• Highly self-motivated and independent.
• Strong understanding of the market dynamics and business environment of Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.
• Track record of success in driving business growth, market expansion, and revenue generation.
• Adaptability and resilience in navigating complex business environments and challenges.
