About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who will primarily support the development of Foodabox's own products.
This is not purely a graphic design role. The designer should be able to understand and follow the full product journey-from design concept to production, packing, photography and online selling.
We are looking for someone who is creative, practical, proactive and comfortable communicating with people.
Main Responsibilities
1. Foodabox Product Design — Primary Focus
- Design and develop Foodabox products such as paper lunch box, paper bowls, paper cups, paper bag, cutlery and other food packaging.
- Develop new product concepts and design directions.
- Adapt designs across different product formats and sizes.
- Prepare product mockups and visual presentations.
- Create designs that are attractive while remaining practical for production.
2. Production & Artwork
- Prepare production-ready artwork.
- Understand basic printing and manufacturing processes.
- Work with materials, printing, cutting, folding, binding and finishing requirements.
- Understand basic concepts such as CMYK, Pantone, bleed, dielines and print specifications.
- Liaise with production/suppliers when artwork or product issues arise.
- Follow projects through until the physical product is completed.
3. Product Follow-up & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, production and suppliers.
- Follow up on samples, prototypes, revisions and production progress.
- Identify potential production issues and communicate them early.
- Make revisions based on production feedback.
- Ensure the final product matches the approved design.
4. Product Photography & Online Selling
Support the visual presentation of completed products for sales and marketing, including:
- Product photography / basic product image preparation
- Product mockups
- Product hero images
- Product specification graphics
- Website / online store visuals
- Social media visuals
- Promotional materials
The designer should understand that the job does not stop when the artwork is completed. They should be able to help bring the product from design stage to a sellable final presentation.
5. General Graphic Design
General corporate, marketing, event and promotional artwork may also be assigned when required, but this is not the primary focus of the role.
Candidate Profile Must Have

- Able to communicate clearly with colleagues, suppliers and production teams.
- Proactive and willing to follow up on tasks.

- Responsible for following a project through to completion
- Able to explain and present their design ideas
- Practical and solution-oriented
