Globe Cargo Logistics (China) Ltd. (GCLCHN) is an established international logistics company with operations across China and overseas markets. We specialize in sea freight, air freight, rail, warehousing, trucking, and other integrated logistics solutions, serving clients globally.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import and export freight forwarding operations.
• Coordinate booking, customs clearance, trucking and shipment arrangements.
• Liaise with overseas agents, customers and relevant parties to ensure smooth cargo delivery.
• Manage customer service matters and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Handle VIP customer accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist with quotation preparation and support the promotion of logistics/agency services.
• Support daily operations and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above.
• Around 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding operations or customer service.
• Good understanding of import/export procedures and freight forwarding operations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Passionate about the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
• Candidates with a Logistics-related qualification are preferred.
• Candidates with experience handling overseas agents or international customers will have an added advantage.
