Graduate Trainee Program – Computer Science (Network / Security)
Intake: October 2026

Join our 9-month Graduate Trainee Program and gain hands-on experience in network infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and technical support within a real working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, switches, routers, and wireless networks
• Assist with network configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
• Support IT security operations, including basic security monitoring and incident handling
• Assist in maintaining network and system security to ensure a safe and reliable IT environment
• Perform troubleshooting for network connectivity, hardware, and software issues
• Assist with user access management and IT security controls
• Support system and network documentation, maintenance, and updates
• Liaise with external vendors for network, hardware, and security-related issues
• Provide technical support and guidance to users when required
• Perform ad-hoc IT tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field
• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, network devices, and network security concepts
• Familiar with basic troubleshooting and IT infrastructure
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, firewalls, or system security will be an added advantage
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and able to work in a team
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Program Structure (9 Months)

• 1 week Soft Skills Training
• 8 months & 3 weeks On-the-Job Training
