Key Responsibilities

• Process EDP sales and maintain accurate sales records.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control.
• Prepare monthly sales, stock, and inventory reconciliation reports.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, official receipts, and payment documentation.
• Assist in promoting and managing educational products during events and workshops.
• Assisting in organizing departmental activities/events.
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, report preparation, and document management.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Head of Technical & Quality Assurance.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Canva.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
