SITE PROJECT MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Site Project Manager to lead and manage our construction projects in Kelantan.

This position will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered according to scope, quality, timeline and budget, while effectively coordinating clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and oversee the overall execution of construction projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones and work progress.
• Manage project manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed within the required timeline, quality standards and approved budget.
• Monitor project costs and identify potential risks, delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project coordination meetings.
• Resolve site issues and provide effective solutions to minimise project delays.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements and company SOP.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to Management.
• Monitor variation works, claims, project documentation and contractual requirements.
• Lead and motivate the project team towards successful project completion.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 3* years of relevant experience* in construction project management.
• Strong experience in managing site operations, subcontractors and project schedules.
• Good knowledge of construction methodology, quality control and project coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and solve problems effectively.
• Knowledge of project costing, budgeting and contract administration will be an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
