BEAUTY CONSULTANT

We are looking for a confident, personable and sales-driven Beauty Consultant to join our aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities

* Attend to customer enquiries promptly via WhatsApp, phone and social media, including after-hours enquiries when required.

* Build rapport with clients and understand their beauty and aesthetic concerns.

* Recommend suitable treatments and packages professionally.

* Convert enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.

* Follow up with potential and existing clients to maximise sales and retention.

* Handle objections confidently and demonstrate strong closing skills.

* Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.

* Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

* Represent the clinic with a professional, polished and presentable appearance.

* Work closely with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a seamless client experience.

* Comfortable communicating with clients through WhatsApp and social media.

* Experience in aesthetic, beauty, skincare, luxury retail or sales is an advantage.
