Job Summary

You will oversee site supervision, quality control, and construction administration to ensure compliance with statutory codes and project progress. You will maintain accurate site records and proactively resolve site issues to support successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of statutory codes and requirements to supervise site activities, ensuring compliance with quality control and construction administration standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date site records documenting work progress to support project tracking and reporting
• Identify, manage, and resolve site issues proactively, collaborating effectively with team members to maintain project momentum and safety
  
  

Required Competencies And Certifications

• Certificate in Building Construction Supervisors' Safety (BCSS) Course
• Diploma in Architectural or Civil/Structural discipline from a Polytechnic or equivalent
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant RTO experience, including at least 5 years supervising works of similar complexity
• Experience in architectural and fitting-out works within major building construction projects
