Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are ready before each procedure.
• Explain imaging procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support throughout the examination.
• Maintain a professional image and deliver a high standard of patient care and customer service.
• Handle challenging situations, including patient feedback and service-related concerns, professionally and sensitively.
• Support efficient workflows and ensure timely patient turnaround for each examination.

Requirements:

• Degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, or a related qualification.
• Proficient in performing X-rays, mammography, and sonography procedures.
• Service-oriented, with strong communication and active listening skills.
• A collaborative team player with good attention to detail.
• Able to work a 5.5-day work week: Monday to Friday and Saturday half-day.
• Work location: Tanjong Pagar.
