Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Program Manager to lead our efforts in collating and managing immigration programs across the world. This role involves coordinating with various vendors and partners to ensure seamless program execution and conducting training initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project and vendor management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Immigration Program Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and gather information on existing immigration programs and initiatives across different regions.
   Create a comprehensive inventory of all immigration programs, including program details, key contacts, timelines, and objectives.
   
2. Vendor Coordination: Identify and engage with external vendors, partners, and service providers involved in immigration programs worldwide.
   Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment with program objectives.
   
3. Program Alignment: Ensure that all immigration programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
   Identify opportunities for program optimization, cost reduction, and process improvement.
   
4. Training Coordination: Develop and execute training plans for internal teams and external partners involved in immigration programs.
   Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and resources to enhance program effectiveness.
   
5. Program Evaluation: Implement performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success and impact of immigration programs.
   Regularly evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
   
6. Compliance and Reporting: Monitor program compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
   Prepare and deliver regular reports on program status, performance, and budget to stakeholders.
   
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with immigration programs and develop mitigation strategies.
   Ensure that programs are executed in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
   
8. Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to manage budgets related to immigration programs.
   Track program expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness.
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in program management is a plus.
• Proven experience in immigration industry, program management, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with international partners and vendors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of immigration programs and regulations is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
