Responsibilities
Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and managing project-related matters, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, timely deliveries, and successful completion of all projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the sales and project team in preparation and submission of project documents.
Handle and coordinate sales and project admin matters including project schedules, production progress and documentations.
Coordinate project matters with internal departments such as engineering, production, procurement and etc.
Identify and escalate project delays or issues arise to the project in-charge.
Prepare project updates, tracking reports and data management.
Assist in preparation of sales quotation and tender.
Any other relevant tasks as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in relevant field.
Min. 2 years of experience in project coordination or in a similar industry.
An eye for detail, meticulous, responsible.
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and work concurrently and independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
