Company Description: A leading telecommunications and ICT service provider in Hong Kong, delivering end-to-end network, broadband, and digital enterprise solutions.
Location: Mainly HKIWMF (Shek Kwu Chau), with shuttle ferry service provided from Tsuen Wan West
Nature: Renewable Contract (6-month secondment)

• Conduct a thorough review of the existing network design to ensure alignment with corporate cybersecurity standards and industry best practices.
• Evaluate network architecture, focusing on redundancy, resiliency, segmentation, capacity, and overall integration readiness.
• Perform detailed baseline assessments against established enterprise network and security guidelines.
• Identify potential design gaps, operational risks, single points of failure, and scalability constraints.
• Validate high availability designs, dual uplink configurations, and cross-system redundancy mechanisms.
• Analyze network capacity and performance metrics, including bandwidth usage, latency factors, and future growth assumptions.
• Deliver comprehensive network architecture diagrams illustrating both current and target state environments.
• Generate detailed technical reports covering single point of failure analysis, performance assessments, and risk registers with recommended mitigations.

• Possess proven expertise as a Network Architect or Senior Network Engineer within large-scale enterprise or telecommunications environments.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge of network architecture, security protocols, routing, switching, and high-availability frameworks.
• Hold a valid Safety Card (Green Card) for site access requirements.
• Available to work onsite at HKIWMF (Shek Kwu Chau) via provided shuttle ferry transport from Tsuen Wan West.
• Exhibit strong analytical, risk assessment, and technical documentation skills.
• Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
