Responsibilities
Job Description
Craft and serve a diverse range of specialty coffee beverages, including v60 and espresso with precision and consistency.
Prepare and serve high quality matcha beverages, such as matcha lattes and usucha, using traditional Japanese methods and techniques.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee and matcha origins, flavour profiles, and brewing parameters, and share your knowledge with customers to enhance their drinking experience.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including coffee equipment, serving areas, and storage areas, in accordance with food safety standards.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations.
Requirements
5 day work week
Availability on at least 1 weekend
Proficient in English
Proactive, with a strong bias toward action
Able to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment
Benefits
Full Time: Salary from $2,600
