Job Summary
This role supports academic administration and student services to enhance student outcomes. You will collaborate with colleagues on university coordination, quality assurance, and operational support for full-time international students.
Responsibilities
Coordinate student services and academic activities including timetabling, responding to student enquiries, deploying lecturers, and planning academic resources for seminars and courses
Assist in developing and reviewing operational policies and procedures to improve institutional effectiveness
Maintain accurate academic and student records and prepare reports for internal review and external submission
Conduct student orientation sessions and ensure timely communication with students and participants
Manage general administration tasks such as program coordination, evaluations, and facilities improvement initiatives
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Polytechnic diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Customer-centric service mindset demonstrated through effective student engagement
Strong communication skills in writing and speaking to support academic and administrative functions
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure
Meticulous attention to detail in managing academic and administrative tasks
