Job Description

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing professional customer service and operational support to customers and business accounts. The role involves processing orders, responding to customer enquiries, providing product assistance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment and a high standard of customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct pricing, discounts, and shipping information.
• Provide professional customer support through telephone, email, and online communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints while providing appropriate troubleshooting guidance.
• Review customer quotations, purchase orders, and product requirements to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant departments to resolve customer and order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, databases, and documentation.
• Support customers with self-service resources, online sales platforms, and other product-support tools.

Preferred skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Service, Sales Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, order management, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail with good organisational and time-management abilities.
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer issues professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
