Job Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

* Check quantities and conditions of goods against purchase orders, delivery orders, and relevant documents.

* Arrange and store stock properly in designated areas to ensure easy identification and retrieval.

* Issue raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.

* Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory movements accordingly.

* Conduct regular stock counts and report any stock shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies.

* Monitor stock levels and inform the relevant department when replenishment is required.

* Ensure proper stock rotation and follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable.

* Assist in production line operations, including product filling, packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished products.

* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper housekeeping of the store and production areas.

* Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.

* Report damaged, expired, defective, or obsolete materials and products to the supervisor.

* Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, hygiene standards, and inventory control procedures.

* Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
