Seoul Aesthetic Hiring! Full Time Marketing Assistant in Hong Kong, Earn up to HKD 20,000 - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring both online and offline marketing campaigns to promote aesthetic treatments and products.
• Generate creative ideas for social media content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and XHS).
• Support on-site social media video shoots, including preparation and coordination.
• Assist in managing KOL/ influencer collaborations, corporate partnerships and workshop/ events.
• Coordinate the marketing materials such as promotion lists, promotion visuals, sales kits and marketing collateral.
• Conduct data collection, campaign performance tracking, competitor analysis and market research to optimize marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure timely and successful execution of promotional initiatives.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and marketing projects as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years’ relevant experience in marketing, preferably within beauty, skincare, or lifestyle industries (fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Familiarity with AI tools and design software (especially Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva) will be considered an advantage.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
• Creative mindset with good communication, coordination, and time management skills.
• Passionate about beauty aesthetics and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.
• Immediate available is preferred.
