Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and support team members on assigned projects
- Create and design content for social media, marketing materials, and promotional activities
- Monitor social media performance and engagement, and provide insights for improvement
- Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns based on current trends
- Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to support marketing decisions.
- Perform research, data entry, and other administrative tasks as required
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
- Help prepare reports, presentations, or documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or department head.
- Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Sales/Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficient in Microsoft Office or relevant tools.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (BM).
- Fluency in Mandarin - added advantage.
