Job Description

Responsibilities

Are you someone who enjoys solving IT problems and helping users remotely? Join our team as a Helpdesk Support Engineer!

Your Role:

  • Handle IT support requests via phone, email & chat
  • Provide remote troubleshooting to end users
  • Resolve software, hardware & basic network issues
  • Support Active Directory & Office 365-related issues
  • Use remote tools such as RDP, VPN & MDM
  • Manage tickets via ServiceNow / Zendesk
  • Monitor systems & alerts
  • Escalate complex issues to L2 / onsite engineers
  • Maintain accurate case records & documentation

We’re Looking For:

  • IT Helpdesk / Service Desk / Technical Support experience
  • Strong communication & customer service skills
  • Good troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with AD & Office 365
  • Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple support cases efficiently

Junior or experienced candidates are welcome!
Salary will be commensurate with experience and technical skillset.
