Job Description

Responsibilities

About the role

This role encompasses a broad range of HR responsibilities across talent acquisition, HR operations and administration, learning and development, performance management, employee relations & welfare, HR compliance and advisory, and HR projects and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate coordination, onboarding preparation and manpower arrangements with line managers, with opportunities to be involved in workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives

  • Administer employee attendance, leave records, overtime with involvement in payroll administration, employee benefits and statutory requirements

  • Administer employee insurance matters, including insurance enrolment and updates, claims coordination, liaison with insurers, maintenance of insurance records and follow-up on employee claims

  • Coordinate employee training registrations, course administration and WSH communications, supporting employee development initiatives and workplace learning programmes

  • Coordinate employee appraisal exercises and work closely with line managers and employees on performance management activities

  • Support corporate and employee engagement activities, contributing to positive employee relations, staff welfare

  • Manage employee offboarding processes, including Company property return, coordination of exit interviews, completion of exit documentation, and updating HR records

  • Support HR compliance matters and employee-related processes in accordance with MOM regulations, Singapore employment legislation, statutory requirements and company policies, with opportunities to handle a broad range of HR advisory and compliance matters

  • Support ad-hoc HR projects and process improvement initiatives across different areas of HR, including employee engagement, HR processes, policy implementation, workforce initiatives and HR administration

  • Other ad-hoc HR duties assigned

About you

  • Min Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent working experience as a HR (IHRP accreditation is preferred?

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Possess good understanding of employment law and processes

  • Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory board’s regulations.

  • Knowledge in Infotech Software is an advantage

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and meet deadlines.

  • Able to start work on short notice will be added advantage.
