Based in Klang Valley, our client is looking for a top-tier Procurement Manager to lead the end-to-end operational procurement and strategic initiatives.


Your new role
As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible leading a team of 4 including the following tasks:

• Lead end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage supplier relationships, including vendor selection, performance evaluation, contract negotiations, and risk management.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and service levels.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure procurement objectives are aligned with organizational goals.
• Take a proactive approach in identifying market trends, supply risks, and improvement opportunities to support business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement and sourcing experience.
• Experience managing indirect spend categories such as Marketing, Facilities & Real Estate, or Professional Services.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
