Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Avaloq Core Banking platform. The role involves working closely with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver enhancements, integrations, and platform upgrades within a banking/wealth management environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Avaloq (configuration/parameterization).
• Experience in wealth management / private banking / core banking platforms.
• Good understanding of banking products – payments, securities, lending, deposits, corporate actions, fees.
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
• Strong UAT and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
