GTS Consulting Hiring! Full Time Semiconductor Equipment Engineer (0–3 Years Experience) in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Location: Melaka, Malaysia

About The Role

We are looking for passionate engineering graduates who are interested in building a career in the semiconductor industry. This role provides hands-on exposure to semiconductor packaging equipment, including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer sites.

Comprehensive training will be provided, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who enjoy working with machinery, automation systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and commissioning of semiconductor equipment at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting activities
• Support equipment calibration, testing, and acceptance processes
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software-related issues under guidance from senior engineers
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation
• Provide technical support and training to customers when required
• Travel to customer sites within Malaysia and occasionally overseas
  
  

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Precision Engineering, Microelectronics Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Candidates with internship or project experience involving machinery, automation, robotics, manufacturing equipment, PLCs, vision systems, or maintenance are welcome
• Strong interest in semiconductor equipment and field service engineering
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
