Job Description

- Develop building details from architect’s sketch and design.

- Set up a working drawing, authority submission and construction drawings.

- Assist the Architect in the visualization and communication works through the application of the various software. Knowledge of Archicad software is necessary.

- Support the process of submissions to various authorities for all stages.

- Co-ordinate with fellow consultants for the design development project.

- Attend technical site meeting with contractor to resolve construction related issues on site.

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master of Architecture degree

- Conversant with drafting skill and the use of 2D & 3D software

- Possess relevant knowledge of project design stages

- Have a basic understanding of the authority requirements and compliance

- Have good written and oral communication skills

- Able to relate and co-ordinate at all organizational levels
