Job Summary

We seek motivated kitchen support for our Mediterranean restaurant on Club Street, specializing in Spanish, Italian, and Greek cuisine, to join a small, friendly team focused on fresh ingredients and quality cooking.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes using fresh ingredients to meet restaurant standards
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately to ensure consistent food quality
• Maintain punctuality and reliability to support timely service
• Demonstrate commitment by adhering to hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen
• Listen actively and learn from supervisors and peers to improve culinary skills
• Some dishwashing is part of the job
