Jaz Toys HK Limited Hiring! Full Time Senior Packaging Designer (Toy) in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

• Conceptualize and execute high-impact packaging graphics, typography, layout, and dieline mechanicals using Adobe Creative Suite.

• Align with US Design Managers on brand vision, then direct Asia suppliers from structural white-sample reviews through final print proofs (FEP) and press approvals.

• Drive plastic-reduction, FSC paperboard sourcing, and PCR material integration across assigned product lines.

• Evaluate physical vendor prototypes for structural fit, validate print quality (litho-lam, flexo, PMS matching), and ensure adherence to transit durability and child safety standards.

• Work in close synchronization with the Packaging Design Manager and Design Director to streamline design execution, manage project timelines, and resolve technical production issue.

• Collaboration and communication with Engineering, Product Development, and US Teams

• Work closely with licensors and follow each approval step

• Work closely with external parties, such as Factory, Vendors and Prototype *************

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Design or related disciplines

• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in toy industry

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); deep knowledge of dieline execution, mechanical setups, bleed protocols, and color separation.

• Solid understanding of paperboard/corrugated substrates, print finishing techniques, sustainable alternatives, and transit testing standards.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects independently

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Must speak either Cantonese or Putonghua

• Travel to China factory is required
