Duties & Responsibilities

- Manage and attend the customer and certification audits (SFA, HACCP, FSSC, 22000, ISO 9001 and Halal).

- Conduct investigation for internal and external complaints.

- Responsible to update and maintain all the SOP(s), quality and safety documentation and relevant forms and records.

- Provide support to all Production sections towards documentation implementation and controls.

- Assist in training production staffs.

- Take charge in Pest Control management, submit Waste Management report.

- Participate in implementation of new area processes and improvements

Job Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Food and Bio Technology/Science/Engineering or equivalent as an advantages.

- Min 2 years exp in Food Manufacturing environment.

- knowledge of GMP/HACCP/ISO22000/FSSC22000.

- Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month
