Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Florist to join our team. The Florist is responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements, preparing flowers for daily orders and events, and ensuring every arrangement meets Flower Frenzie’s quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create floral arrangements for daily orders, gifts, events, weddings, and corporate clients.
• Prepare, condition, and care for fresh flowers to maintain their quality and freshness.
• Follow floral designs, references, and customer requirements accurately.
• Select suitable flowers, foliage, and materials based on the arrangement style and occasion.
• Ensure all arrangements are neat, balanced, and presented according to company standards.
• Assist with flower preparation, wrapping, packing, and other florist-related tasks.
• Support the team in preparing flowers and arrangements for events, weddings, and special projects.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the florist workstation and storage areas.
• Handle flowers, tools, and materials carefully to minimize wastage and damage.
• Work closely with the Senior Florist and other team members to complete orders on time.
• Assist with stock checking and inform the supervisor of any damaged, missing, or insufficient materials.
• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Perform other duties related to florist operations as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience in floristry, floral arrangement, or a related field is an advantage.
• Creative, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• Able to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons and events.
• Physically fit and comfortable handling flowers and florist materials.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak periods when required.
