Job Description:

We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for leading and executing design projects across various platforms, including digital, print, and branding. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver innovative design solutions that align with the company's brand vision.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive designs that reflect the company’s brand identity.
• Create original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital marketing, advertisements, websites, social media, print materials, presentations, and more.
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills.
• Maintain consistency of design across all brand touchpoints while staying updated with current design trends and techniques.
• Develop and refine visual identity elements for various campaigns and initiatives.
• Ensure all designs meet both creative standards and the objectives of the marketing or branding teams.
• Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Review and approve designs, ensuring all final deliverables meet project requirements and specifications.
• Able to cope with ad hoc requests

Job Requirement:

• At least a Diploma/ Degree holder in Advertising/ Media/ Graphic Design/ Industrial Design/ Multimedia or equivalent
• Preferably Non-Executive specialised in Art/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Demonstrated skills in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe InDesign, knowledge of After Effect and Basic Premiere is a bonus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects and creative work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
