Location: Mid Valley Southkey

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our fashion retail store. The ideal candidate will assist in leading the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise staff performance and provide coaching and guidance on the sales floor.
• Ensure visual merchandising, housekeeping, and store presentation meet company standards.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock accuracy, timely replenishment, and product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Assist in preparing staff duty rosters and ensuring sufficient manpower coverage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational procedures.
• Prepare daily sales reports and assist with operational reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Organised, analytical, and results-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and retail operating hours.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
