Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Executive role based in Subang Jaya. The Procurement Executive will manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, and negotiating pricing and terms for goods and services. The role involves preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate procurement records. The Procurement Executive will monitor inventory levels and delivery schedules to support hotel operations and avoid stock shortages. The role also requires collaboration with various departments to understand their needs, evaluate vendor performance, and identify cost-saving and quality improvement opportunities.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management, with the ability to manage end-to-end procurement cycles.
• Well-developed analytical skills to compare quotations, evaluate supplier performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and to prepare clear documentation.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably within hotels, resorts, or related service industries.
• Proficiency in basic office and procurement-related software; familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Commitment to ethical sourcing, cost efficiency, and maintaining positive working relationships with vendors and colleagues.
