Client Operations Specialist - Wealth & Brokerage Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for client queries and cross-departmental operations, providing timely and high-quality assistance.
• Oversee the end-to-end client journey, including account onboarding, record updates, profile management, and day-to-day operational support.
• Address and resolve client feedback and online inquiries efficiently to maintain top-tier service standards.
• Maintain, expand, and structure the online operational knowledge hub for seamless internal references.
• Evaluate customer insights and recurring trends to continuously refine workflow efficiency and service benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (Degrees in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in customer operations or client services (prior experience in brokerage, securities, wealth management, or fund management is a strong plus).
• Solid understanding of SFC regulatory standards and Hong Kong stock market operations (including onboarding & account management procedures).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong client-first mindset.
