Job Description
Responsibilities
1st level support to user, identification of problems, recording support tickets, solving simple problems.
24/7 Support & Standby (duty roster)
Tracking of helpdesk ticket and provide progress update
Conducting regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of system
Providing technical support and guidance to end user, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Software and Application Version Upgrade on clients
Opportunity to perform maintenance for servers
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in IT
0-2 yrs experience
Willing to learn
Required to be on standby (duty roster basis)
5 day week @ AMK
Travel to site whenever required
