Our client is looking for a Corporate Secretarial Executive to support a portfolio of clients across statutory filings, compliance and corporate governance.
Structured training and on-the-job guidance will be provided, offering an opportunity to build your corporate secretarial knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare minutes, resolutions and statutory documents.
- Handle timely and accurate ACRA filings and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate board and shareholder meetings and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Maintain statutory records and client filing systems.
- Support client onboarding, KYC checks and related compliance requirements.
- Respond to client enquiries and escalate complex matters when required.
- Assist with process improvements and ad-ho ccorporate secretarial assignments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Accountancy or a related discipline.
- Relevant corporate secretarial experience will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of the Companies Act and corporate compliance.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop incorporate secretarial work.
- Detail-oriented, organised and able to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; ACRA filing experience will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, responsible and able to work independently as well as in a team.
